A‘udhu billahi wa qudratihi Full Dua
Dua in Arabic:- أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Transliteration:- A‘ūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥādhira.
Translation:- I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and what I guard against.
How to Use: Place your hand on the painful area, say Bismillah three times, and then recite the dua seven times.
