Bismillah, a‘udhu billahi wa qudratihi Full Dua
Dua in Arabic:- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Transliteration:- Bismillah, a‘udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uḥadhira.
Translation:- In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and what I guard against.
How to Use: Place your hand on the area of pain, recite this dua, and gently rub the area.
